Shipping policy
Shipping (US ONLY); We ship via UPS and FedX. All orders are based on weight.
Operating hours: We ship on weekdays, Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends.
Processing time of your Order and Delivery: Our goal is always to ship orders as quickly as possible, with most orders packed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that shipping times shown at checkout refer to actual transit time, and do not account for processing time or delays. Orders only ship Monday through Friday. Shipping may differ on days during national holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation by email the same day of your order. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation when the order ships. If you are not able to find your order or shipping confirmation emails, please be sure check your spam or promotions folder.
Processing and shipping timing are subject to change when you place an order during a promotion or during a holiday period. Please contact us directly at bill@coachbilljacobs.com if you have questions regarding shipping time estimates.
All orders are subject to reconfirmation of inventory on hand.
We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost/stolen by any carrier service unless we make a mistake on the shipping address. Also, shipping prices and timing may vary during promotional periods.
Non-shipping dates: We observe the following holidays and do not ship on: New Year's Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, Holiday Closing- December 24th & December 25th.
